About the event
Holidays are ahead! Many of us might be walking into situations that are complicated, where we might need some extra help to hold our boundaries and feel protected from what's going on around us. Let us help!
Join Fynn and Elizabeth for somatic and energetic work to help you hold your center and stay protected and grounded for the holidays -- and any day!
We will begin with a centering meditation, then Fynn will teach us about veiling and Elizabeth will help us create a talisman to bring us back to self. If you are able, bring something you can wear (like jewelry, a belt, or a shawl/scarf) or keep in our pocket to bring you back to yourself.
We will also, as always, connect with each other for rejoicing and support and have snacks!
