About the event
We live in a world that tells us to buy, buy, buy and makes things that fall apart so we feel forced to buy new stuff! But we all know that's bad for the planet and just feeds the machine. So let's fix stuff together!
One piece of resistance is simply making things last as long as we can so we participate less in the machine of capitalism. Join us for an evening of chilling and mending or working on other crafts. We'll have some mending supplies and our shared skills. Come join us!
Each Thursday from 7-8/8:30 pm, we gather as a community to connect with ourselves, one another, and that which is greater than ourselves. We clear away anything we want to let go of from the week, and deepen our practice or learn something new.
