Community Spiritual Practice

Join us for our Pride Month meditation! We will begin with a quick centering activity, then we'll talk about the aspects of queerness we seek to embody (yes, even the non-queer folk) and work them into a meditation for ourselves that we can use all month long (or longer!).

We will use this meditation as the beginning for all of our gatherings this month so we will get plenty of change to practice. Join us for community, spiritual connection, and snacks!

Each Thursday from 7-8/8:30 pm, we gather as a community to connect with ourselves, one another, and that which is greater than ourselves. We clear away anything we want to let go of from the week, and deepen our practice or learn something new.
