Connecting with the elements

On our journey to meet our guides, let's meet the elements. Fire, water, air and earth are alive in the world and within us. Meet the elements, find imbalances, and learn how to connect with certain elements when you need them.

Each Thursday from 7-8/8:30 pm, we gather as a community to connect with ourselves, one another, and that which is greater than ourselves. We clear away anything we want to let go of from the week, and deepen our practice or learn something new.
