Discovering your Home Practice

Figuring out what you want from your home practice and how you can find or create the right home practice for you can be overwhelming! Do you want to sit with self/spirit or move around? Would meditation be good? How do you start? Are you interested in prayer but don't know where to start? How about a daily divination practice? Or maybe you have a super great practice for yourself you would love to share with others!

Join CSP as we gather to help each other figure out what our daily home practice could look like. Bring your wisdom and questions! We will start with a meditation Elizabeth uses to open their practice, then dig into all of the different ways a practice could look and share resources for finding a daily practice for you.
