Spiritual Practice For Everyone

Gather to learn or deepen your understanding of a spiritual practice to help support you in your daily life and our work for collective liberation!

Our practice for this month is modeled after the Quaker practice of discernment. Spend time learning how to listen to your inner voice and to work in community to decide the best path for you!

The first Tuesday of each month, we will learn a practice together with the intent of practicing it for a month to see how it works for each of us. During this month, we will find ways to support one another in this practice (or another practice of our choosing)

Practices will include practices for discernment, centering, grounding, listening, protection, connection, joy, and other ways we intentionally engage that which is greater than ourselves.
